Description: De gemeente toetst of er in de buurt al kamerverhuur is. Afgeven van een vergunning is in ieder geval niet mogelijk: • als binnen een straal van 50 meter vanaf de kadastrale perceelgrens al een kamerverhuurpand of een bepaalde maatschappelijke voorziening aanwezig is. Valt het pand binnen de bedrijvige linten, dan geldt zelfs een straal van 25 meter. • in een flat of wooncomplex als er al kamerverhuur is in de zone 2 woningen boven, naast en onder de woning of 1 woning diagonaal. Deze regels gelden niet bij panden in het vrijstellingsgebied. Verder wordt kamerverhuur niet toegestaan als er op het perceel onvoldoende ruimte aanwezig is om fietsen en afvalcontainers te stallen. De gemeente gaat ook controleren of de verhuur voldoet aan de brandveiligheidseisen, gebruikseisen en de hinderbepaling. Bij kamerverhuur van 5 of meer wooneenheden moet via het Omgevingsloket een melding brandveilig gebruik gedaan worden.
